Grouting C100 , a high-strength, high-fluid cement-based construction building material, is characterized by rapid setting andshaping.
Grout is formulated with high-strength materials as aggregate, cement, sand as binding agent, supplemented by high fluidity,micro-expansion, anti-separation and other substances. Grout is a modern industrial 3.0 products, say goodbye to the old days of buying cement to buy sand and gravel to mix their own soil mixing era. Grout is very convenient and quick to use, add a certain
amount of water at the construction site, mix well and pour, fast molding, fast use. You can customize the solidification time.

Features

1: Early strength, high strength: 24-hour strength up to 60MPa or more.

Usage Method

1: preparation: clean up the construction area, remove oil, floating soil and other debris, pre-wet the surface for 6 to 12 hours.
2: mixing: according to the use of grout, add the appropriate amount of water, mechanical mixing for about three minutes or manualmixing for five minutes.
3: pouring: continuous grouting, not intermittent, shorten the grouting time as much as possible. Strictly prohibit vibration, ifnecessary, with a bamboo sheet pulling infusion. After the grouting is dense, smooth and calendering the outer surface.
4: Maintenance: adequate maintenance after grouting to ensure the quality and stability of the grout.
Maintenance should be carried out immediately after grouting, such as covering plastic film, wet straw bags, etc., and keep itmoist.
