Autoclaved Aerated Concrete blocks (AAC Blocks), which are also commonly known as Aerated Lightweight Concrete blocks (ALC Blocks) are common masonry blocks used in construction of a wall. AAC is a lightweight material composed of silica sand, gypsum, lime and cement. They are manufactured with advance machine and technology which uses heat and pressure method known as autoclaving to cure.

Furthermore, the lightweight of AAC blocks means there may be cost savings from the reduction in structural and foundational requirements for high-rise buildings.

Q1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

A: Yes, exactly. We are facotry, We are a professional enterprise that develops and sells UHPC dry premix, UHPC material(such as UHPC SPECIAL SYNETIC FIBER, UHPC COPPERED FIBER), and UHPC TOTAL SOLUTION related materials including UHPC MIXER.

Q2. What is the water dosage?

A: 100 grams water (and 50grams steel fiber if necessary) per kg dry mix.

Q3. What are the dosages of fiber and pigment?

A: 1) One kg ordinary synthetic fiber per cbm(cubic meter) concrete 2) 30-80 kg UHPC special synthetic fibre per cbm concrete 3) 180 kg steel fiber per cbm load-bearing concrete 4) 90 kg steel fiber per cbm non load-bearing concrete 5) Around 15 grams pigment per 1 kg UHPC dry mix if necessary. Add water after mixing both pigments and premix evenly for around 2 minutes if needed.

A: 1) Put a plastic film on surface of finished concrete, which is like a plastic wrap for food.
