READY TO USE!
ISONEM A4 is a single component polymer-based joint compound putty mastic with high-sealant property. Highly resistant to UV, solar and outdoor weather conditions and elastic. Long- lasting,colourable and nonflammable. It may stick onto any absorbent, dry or damp- dry surface.It provides excellent grouting and insulation in joints of ceramic and stone linings, joints of roof, roofing material, aluminum coatings, expansion joint gaps of prefabricated structures, dilatations, in cracks or joints of exterior.
Usage Areas:
- in dilatation and expansion joints,
- on chimney bottom edges of filters,
- in joints,
- edges of roofing material, aluminum,plastic shredding,
- in joints of stone, ceramic, marble coatings, in skirting boards,
- in grouting of holes,cracks or repairing,
- in joints of facades and prefabricated holes.
Usage Type:
Preparation of Surface; surface must be clean. The factors preventing adhesion such as dirt, oil, mud, rust etc. must be removed. Whether there is dusting on concrete surfaces or it is very absorptive, ISONEM A4 must be applied at a ratio of 1:5 on the surface by diluting with water.
Application:
After the package is opened, ISONEM A4 is mixed for 2 minutes until a homogeneous consistency has been achieved. If dilation or expansion joint is made, PE grouting cord must be put in advance and the application must be made onto it. Ready-to-use ISONEM A4 is applied on available prepared board with a spatula or a mastic pump. After grouting, the surface is straightened with a wet sponge.
