Description:ISONEM Thermal Roof Paint is a liquid applied roof coating that protect against mold, mildew, fungus and algae growth. Roof guard features. Isonem thermal roof includes ceramic micro-spheres which create a thermal barrier developed by nasa with the US space shuttle programme. Thermal roof bright white formula with its ceramic microspheres reflects over 80 per cent of the sun rays and keep the roof temperature as much as 10c cooler in the summer. This reduces the need for air conditioning and lowers cooling bills. Thermal roof coatings are designed to be durable and flexible. Allows moisture vapors from within the structure to evaporate and escape out through the membrane while preventing water from entering through the dried film surface when applied on flat roofs the product will hold ponding water, seal and fill the cracks.

Using areas:
Built-up roofs, metal roofs, plastic panels, polystyrene & urethane foam, mobile home roofs, gravel roofs, asphalt shingle roofs, concrete, modified bitumen and galvanized metal roofs. For homes, condominiums, apartments, warehouse, commercial buildings, hotels, office buildings and factories.

Application
Surface preparation: surfaces must be clean and free of dirt, grease, loose and scaling paint or any other foreign materials. Patch or caulk all cracks, seams, flashings and roof penetrations and make any necessary repairs or replacements to damaged or leaking roof materials

All repaired areas should be coated with two coats of roof coating prior to applying finish coats.
Stir thoroughly before using and occasionally while using. Do not mix with any other paints or do not add any solvent.

Do not apply at temperatures below 10C. May be applied to dry or slightly damp surfaces, using brush, roller or spray. Apply generously, working the coating into pores and cracks. Minimum of two coats is recommended. Each coat should be applied perpendicular to the previous coat. Thermal roof is ready to use and thinning is not recommended.

Storage: The product has a shelf life of 1 year after the production date when stored in cool and dry places and in tightly closed original containers.
