ISONEMMS POLIA is an elastomeric acrylic polymer based waterproofing product with the consistency of paint, that forms an uniform and waterproof layer on the surface when applied. Water based, does not contain solvents. Easily applicable on dry or moist clean surfaces. It is not effected from UV radiation due to the special polymers found in its ingredients. Avoids the formation of extreme heating by reflecting 80% of the sun rays. Shows a high resistance against adhesion, it does not permit the deposit of soil on the surface and maintains its original form and color for many years. It is inflammable and is not consistent with tar or bitumen. The use of ISONEM BE 89 liquid rubber is recommendable in the insulation of this type of floor. ISONEMMS POLIA is white and can be colored upon request. It has elasticity.

Areas of Use :

• On old and new roofs and streams
• On roofs and grooves coated with sheet iron, galvanize and zinc
• On the seams of chimneys and on the seams of walls
• On joints of walls and parapets.

Method of Use :
The surfaces that will be insulated must be clean, dry or slightly wet. Substances like oil, mud, rust or grease must be cleansed from the surface if they exist, it is not usable on surfaces that emit salt or that allow water flow on the negative side, in cases when there exists cracks or repairs on the surfaces, the necessary process should be applied before insulation, with ISONEM 03 elastic mortar. Particularly on floors that have wide openings and where heat insulation systems are installed, in other words, on moving floors that are exposed to the formation of cracks, the use of 75 gr. plaster filter reinforcement is recommended. In case of dilatation on the areas to be insulated, dilatation process should be applied with the use of A4 Elastic filling, and insulation process should be applied subsequently. ISONEM MS POLIA is ready to use. The only required action is to mix the substance in a homogenous manner after the opening of the lid.

Under coating layer :
All surfaces where the application will be made, must be coated with a lining through the application of ISONEMMS POLIA diluted with water at a proportion of 1:10 The lining should be applied with the use of a hard brush. After the lining is applied, it should be left for drying for 4 hours.

Insulation Application :
ISONEM MS POLIA is applied on the surface coated with primer in two layers without thinning, with an interval of 4 hours in between. The insulation process that is applied, must be protected against rain and water for 4 hours. Insulation application should not be done in temperatures below + 5 C and on wet or frozen floors. Especially in the insulation process applied on flat roofs, it should be checked whether or not an accurate and adequate slope is permitted. During the process, it must be ensured that sufficient quantity of expendable water is available, and that any deposit of water is avoided on the roof or terrace.

CONSUMPTION : 1 kg/m2 (primer + 2 layers)

STORAGE : In a dry and cool place, for24 months.
