ISONEM PU FLOOR is a two component, solvent &polyurethane- based, coloured, self- leveling, hard- elastic floor coating.

Usage Areas

• As crack- bridging coating on industrial floors in production and storage facilities, workshops and so on,
• As an antislip carrier laye for wet work areas( food and beverage industry etc), parking lot decks, and loading ramps,
• As the top layer on backing coats blunted with sand
• It may be exposed to mechanical and chemical effect in normal or medium weight

APPLICATION INFORMATION
Surface Quality: The concrete surface must be clean, robust with sufficient compressive strength (minimum 25 N/mm2). The minimum pull off strength must be 1.5 N/mm2. The surface must be cleansed from extraneous materials such as dirt, oil, coating, curing materials. In case of a doubt, apply a test.

Preparation of Surface: Concrete surfaces must be prepared to achieve an open porous surface by using abrasive equipments. The weak concrete must be removed, holes must be wide open. Surface repairs, the filling gaps/ holes and the correction of surface must be done with ISONEM M 03 repair mortar. The concrete and alum surfaces must be lined or arranged carefully. The high spots on the surface must be cleaned by scraping. All the dust and unstable materials must be removed from the surface with a vacuum cleaner.

The dew point condensation must be paid attention. The uncured coating to reduce the risk of condensation or bubble on the coating surface, must be above 3 ° C than the dew point.

Application Instructions

Mixture Component A: Component B= 16,8 : 1,2 (weight)

Prior to mixing time, mix the component A mechanically. After adding the component B to the component A, mix continuously for 2 minutes until you get a uniform consistency. After component A and B have been mixed, add the optional component C. ( for 18 kg of set, 10 kg of Component C is recommended) and mix for 2 more minutes until you get a uniform consistency.

The mixing equipment must be mixed with ISONEM PU FLOOR electric mixer (300-400 rev/min) or other suitable mechanically mixing tool.

Application Method/ Equipment: ISONEM PU FLOOR must be applied with a roller, a sprayer gun or a toothed trowel in the desired thickness. When it achieves the desired consistency in accordance with the environmental conditions, it must be deflated with a spiked roller.

Consumption: It varies according to the application method, surface porosity, profile, adjustment differences and losses. Approximately 0,5 - 1 kg/m² (roller application)
